Power Dynamics Corporation was founded in 1977 by Chet Lipton, a degreed Mechanical Engineer from the University of Maryland, as a company that was intended to focus on helping Building Owners, Design Engineers and quality conscious Mechanical Contractors meet the challenges of the suddenly high energy utility costs associated with the operation of Commercial and Industrial Facilities. Over the years we have specialized in the application and sale of high energy efficiency equipment in the areas of building automations controls and low-intensity infrared heating equipment. The application of these products has resulted in greatly reduced energy utility costs and improved personnel comfort for our customers. In fact, we consider the purchase of the products we represent to be more of an investment than a cost in the operation of a building or facility. Over the years of use, these products not only return the investment cost to purchase and install them thru the energy use cost reduction they produce, but provide an actual substantial return on investment beyond that initial cost.
